SMS Terms

WhiteClouds uses SMS messages to send internal operational alerts to employees and authorized sales team members. These messages may include notifications when a new lead, quote request, or project inquiry is assigned in Copper CRM.

These SMS messages are intended only for internal WhiteClouds business use and are not marketing, promotional, or customer-facing text messages.

By submitting the WhiteClouds Internal SMS Lead Alert Opt-In form and checking the required SMS consent box, the recipient agrees to receive internal operational SMS alerts related to lead assignments and internal sales notifications.

Message frequency varies depending on lead volume and assignment activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Recipients can reply HELP for assistance or contact WhiteClouds management or operations staff to update or remove their mobile number.

WhiteClouds does not sell, rent, share, or disclose mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
