Northwest Career & Technical Academy commissioned WhiteClouds to create an outdoor NWCTA letter display for its Las Vegas campus. The five characters are 84 inches tall and 16 inches deep, giving the abbreviated school name a substantial freestanding profile.
Seven-foot letters spelling NWCTA
Each letter stands seven feet high. The 16-inch depth produces visible side planes, so the red finish continues around the forms rather than reading as a flat face from angled approaches.
The complete NWCTA sequence stands outdoors near campus trees and buildings, with its seven-foot letter height establishing the scale.
Twelve-gauge steel with a protective polyurea coating
The letter bodies were fabricated from 12-gauge steel, and a protective polyurea coating was applied to the completed NWCTA display.
Together, the steel bodies and coating define the construction of this specific five-letter set for the Las Vegas campus.
