WhiteClouds fabricated this oversized replica of a BOSS guitar effects pedal as a dimensional display. The build combined a large EPS foam body with 3D-printed details, painted graphics, vinyl lettering, and a custom base that supported the angled pedal form.
The compact pedal shape enlarged into a walk-up object
The replica retains the sloped footswitch, control panel, knobs, indicator area, side connections, and heavy rectangular housing that identify the original type of pedal. Enlarging those features gives the object a clear silhouette without reducing it to a flat printed panel.
The display was developed as a complete dimensional volume. Raised controls and connection details remain visible from oblique angles as well as from the principal front view.
Foam volume paired with printed detail components
EPS foam formed the main body, while 3D printing was used for smaller components that required more defined geometry. The assembled display was prepared and painted before the product markings were applied in vinyl.
A custom base supports the lower edge and holds the replica in its intended display position. The base is part of the finished presentation rather than an unrelated shipping or shop fixture.
Paint and lettering preserve the pedal layout
The dark body, red and white lettering, foot pad, control labels, model markings, and knob indicators divide the oversized surface into the same functional zones visible on the reference product. Those graphic relationships help the large object read immediately as a guitar effects pedal.
