WhiteClouds built the aircraft around a welded, rust-treated steel frame. Wood and expanded polystyrene foam established the body and wing volumes, and fiberglass formed the outer shell used for the outdoor display.

The layered construction allowed the replica to carry the broad wings, engine forms, fuselage, floats, and landing-gear details as one supported structure. It also provided a surface that could be refined before the final finish and graphics were applied.

Aircraft paint and vinyl markings complete the replica

An automotive-style finish gives the body its light blue and white color scheme, with darker details defining windows, engines, and hardware. Applied vinyl graphics identify Antilles Air Boats and the display's connection to the Virgin Islands.
