Planning a Giant Multi-Ink Pen Prop
A giant multi-ink pen prop is distinguished by several color selectors and the way those mechanisms connect to one barrel and writing tip. The selector count, color order, clip, grip, point, and display angle should be defined as a single assembly.
Specify a Multi-Ink Pen
Make the color controls the defining feature
Begin with the number of selectors and their sequence around the barrel. Mark which controls are visible from the principal view and whether the arrangement is symmetrical or tied to a supplied product reference. The selector area may need proportionally more room than a literal scale-up would provide.
If the pen follows a recognizable commercial design, provide artwork and confirmation that it may be reproduced. If it is an original multi-ink concept, define the clip, crown, grip, and point so those parts support rather than compete with the selector system.
Coordinate controls with the rest of the pen
The pen should remain one continuous object when viewed from either end.
Crown and buttons
Set button height, spacing, color, and the visible track beneath each selector.
Clip side
Choose whether the clip frames the controls or sits on a secondary view, and dimension its full projection.
Grip transition
Show where the main barrel narrows and how any ridges or color zones align with the pen axis.
Point treatment
Define a decorative extended or retracted appearance and protect the narrow end within the display plan.
Compare the whole profile with the selector end
The concept views show a multi-ink pen and a closer look at its color-control area. They do not establish a working mechanism or finished WhiteClouds project. Use them to identify which details need drawings at the requested size.
Inputs for the selector-led design
Provide one full-product view and a separate control-end drawing.
