Four individual metal forms spell TUHS in this WhiteClouds campus project for Taft Union High School. The abbreviated name is presented at ground level, with blue faces and contrasting yellow side surfaces that make the depth visible between the letters.
The school abbreviation built as four separate forms
T, U, H, and S are spaced as one compact word rather than joined into a single cabinet. The open space around each character keeps the abbreviation legible while exposing the three-dimensional returns.
The blue-and-yellow TUHS letter set stands outside a campus building at a substantial ground-level scale.
Blue faces with yellow depth across the display
The contrasting colors make the front and side planes perform different visual roles. From the front, TUHS reads as blue lettering; from an angle, the yellow depth becomes part of the composition.
WhiteClouds fabricated the TUHS metal letter display shown at Taft Union High School. The finished forms, blue-and-yellow color treatment, and campus placement are the defining elements of the project.
Turning a school abbreviation into a campus display
A four-letter project still needs exact vector artwork, height, depth, front and side colors, viewing directions, available footprint, structural interface, site access, destination, and schedule.
When the faces and returns use different colors, both finish references should be supplied before fabrication begins.
