Custom Giant Passport Props
WhiteClouds can fabricate a giant passport prop as a closed booklet, a fixed open-book display, or a specifically engineered opening structure. Cover artwork, page thickness, spine, interior graphics, and support should be designed around the chosen format. The display may use original destination art or other client-approved graphics, but it should not reproduce a government document in a way that could be mistaken for valid identification.

Closed Cover or Open-Book Format
A closed passport presents the cover as the primary surface and keeps the footprint compact. The design must define overall height, width, thickness, corner shape, and the position of any spine details.
An open-book format exposes two interior pages and creates a wider display. The opening angle affects depth and support. A partly open position can reveal page layers while limiting the footprint. Unless operation is required, the selected angle should be treated as fixed.
Cover Graphics and Interior Pages
The cover can carry an original crest, destination name, campaign mark, or authorized brand treatment. Supply vector artwork and define which elements are dimensional, printed, painted, or represented through another finish.
Interior pages may include maps, itineraries, stamps, or approved story content. A few large graphic elements usually work better at display scale than dense document text. Page layouts should be approved before fabrication.
Spine, Hinge, and Page Thickness
The spine joins the cover surfaces and controls the profile of a closed booklet. In an open display, the center fold or hinge area becomes a visible structural zone. The design should identify whether that area is straight, rounded, or deliberately exaggerated.
Layered page edges can be built as a fixed dimensional treatment. If pages need to turn or the book must open and close, the required range, operating method, and supervision must be defined separately. A visible hinge does not automatically indicate movement.
Freestanding Support and Planned Photography
A closed upright passport may use a concealed or visible base. An open composition requires support across a broader footprint. Provide the floor condition, available depth, and access route before the support concept is selected.
For photographs, state whether people stand beside the passport or within a designed space between the pages. That decision affects clearances, page angle, camera view, and permitted contact. Climbing or leaning should not be assumed.
