PROJECT IDEAS

Planning a Giant Pump Bottle Prop

A pump bottle replica is defined by more than its label. Bottle profile, shoulder, neck, dispenser head, spout direction, collar, and artwork must read as one product at the intended viewing distance.

PRODUCT PROFILE

Treat the dispenser and bottle as one silhouette

Start with the exact package version. Record the bottle's widest point, shoulder transition, base, neck diameter, collar height, actuator shape, and spout reach. A familiar label cannot compensate for a pump head that is too small or aimed in the wrong direction.

The reference set should show front, side, and top views. If the bottle is asymmetric or the pump rotates, identify the fixed display position so graphics and the spout face the correct audience.

REPLICA DETAILS

Coordinate the parts viewers use to identify the product

The dispenser creates projections and negative spaces that need the same attention as the main bottle body.

Bottle body

Set the footprint, taper, sidewall curve, shoulder, base, and any grip or panel geometry from the supplied package.

Pump assembly

Define the collar, stem, actuator, spout length, opening, and fixed rotation without implying that the enlarged pump dispenses product.

Artwork map

Provide current authorized files for the principal panel, secondary copy, marks, and color divisions, with a clear front orientation.

Display stance

Choose one upright position, a grouped assortment, or a shelf relationship and provide the available footprint and viewing sides.

SCALE AND DISPLAY

Check the spout envelope before finalizing height

The pump head may extend well beyond the bottle centerline. Include the full spout reach, actuator height, base, and any platform when checking doors, aisles, booth boundaries, or shelving. A tall narrow bottle may also need enough surrounding space to keep the label visible.

A single hero replica and a coordinated product family have different quoting inputs. For a group, identify which shapes repeat, which labels change, and whether every pump uses the same orientation.

These completed WhiteClouds pump-bottle replicas show several bottle proportions and pump-head arrangements. They demonstrate why the body, dispenser, graphics, and display position should be developed together for a new replica.

REPLICA BRIEF

Files and measurements to provide

A complete package reference is more useful than a front label alone.

  • Exact bottle or approved product sample
  • Front, side, back, and top reference views
  • Overall target dimensions
  • Bottle, collar, actuator, and spout measurements
  • Fixed pump orientation
  • Authorized label and color files
  • Single replica or grouped assortment
  • Destination, access route, and required date
