As the brainchild of visionary event organizers, Rumbazo promises an epic celebration like no other.  To set the stage for this unforgettable event, WhiteClouds was tasked with fabricating seven large 3D metal letters – RUMBAZO.  These letters would not only serve as eye-catching decor but also as interactive elements, inviting attendees to climb, sit, and stand on them for the perfect photo opportunity.

Craftsmanship in Action: Building the Letters

Creating large metal letters of this caliber is no small feat.  WhiteClouds employed a blend of cutting-edge technology and old-world craftsmanship to bring Rumbazo’s vision to fruition.

• Design:  The process began with meticulous design work.  Every curve, every angle, and every detail of the letters were carefully considered to ensure they matched Rumbazo’s vision and branding.  Using the exact font specified for the event, each letter was meticulously designed to capture the essence of the Rumbazo experience – vibrant, dynamic, and full of energy.

• Precision Cutting:  Once the design was finalized, WhiteClouds used state-of-the-art CNC (Computer Numerical Control) plasma-cutting machines to cut the metal with pinpoint accuracy.  This ensured that each letter was a perfect representation of the original design.

• Welding and Assembly:  The individual components of each letter were expertly welded together, forming a seamless structure.   Constructed from 12-gauge steel and standing approximately 72″ tall by 12″ deep, the letters were fabricated with strength, durability, and safety in mind. 

• Base Support: To ensure stability and safety, each letter was designed to attach securely to a base constructed from 12-gauge steel, measuring 8″ tall by 30″ deep. This provided added support for attendees who would climb, jump, and pose on the letters.

• Surface Finish:  After assembly, the letters underwent meticulous surface preparation, including sanding and smoothing, to create a flawless canvas for paint application.

• Painting:  The choice of two-tone automotive paint added an extra layer of sophistication.  This paint not only protects the metal from the elements but also gives the letters a glossy and polished finish.

• Quality Control:  Throughout the fabrication process, rigorous quality control measures were implemented to ensure that each letter met the highest standards of craftsmanship.  Any imperfections were rectified before the final installation.
