Dimensional Metal Letters for Angelo State University
Angelo State University commissioned WhiteClouds to fabricate three dimensional metal letters spelling ASU for an outdoor campus installation. The project used three freestanding letter forms rather than one flat sign panel. Each character was fabricated separately so the completed group could be arranged at the site.

Separate Dimensional ASU Letters
WhiteClouds fabricated the A, S, and U as three individual metal forms. Dimensional returns create a complete side profile, and each letter stands on its own base. The three letters were arranged together without being attached to one continuous sign panel.
Blue-and-Gold Campus Installation
Blue faces and gold side surfaces apply the university colors across all three letters. The depth carries the gold finish around the sides, so the two-color treatment remains part of the physical letter construction rather than appearing only as front graphics.
The completed group was placed outside a university building near a campus entrance. The A, S, and U were aligned as one display while remaining three separate dimensional pieces on individual bases.
Planning Dimensional Metal Letters
A similar project should begin with approved letter artwork, exact wording, target height and depth, color standards, total available span, and photographs or measurements of the site. Include the desired spacing between letters and whether the individual bases should remain visible in the final arrangement. The brief should also identify indoor or outdoor use, viewing positions, delivery access, deadline, and the party responsible for engineering, anchoring, permits, and installation.
