The RotoShovel
A Large Product Replica
It’s been a busy 2019 at WhiteClouds and as we leave this year and the decade behind, let’s take a look at the RotoShovel. This detailed large product replica measures 8 feet tall (with the base it’s even taller) and 15 inches in diameter. Our design team converted the CAD file sent in by the company to Maya and then sent it to our FDM printers. The RotoShovel was 3D printed using PLA. Once the printing was complete, our production team took over and assembled the parts and prepared it for painting. To complete the display, the model was mounted to a sturdy square base for stability.
In comparison, the actual RotoShovel is a compact, 22 inches long and 3 inches in diameter. Large product replicas are a great way to get your product noticed at trade shows or on display in the lobby. To learn more, see our Large Product Replicas page.
