A huge announcement

I’m extremely proud and happy to make a huge announcement.

As the CEO of WhiteClouds, and the founder of several startups before WhiteClouds, it is my honor and privilege to do what I love doing for a living – creating great technology and building things that buisnesses can use to simplify processes, save time and money.

Often, I speak on my favorite subject entitled “A Futuristic Look at the Next 100 Year in Technology.” Along with robotics, space travel, autonomous vehicles and many other topics, I always get very excited about the future of 3D printing. Even though aspects of 3D printing have been around for 30+ years, most businesses have no idea of this technology will impact them. The amazing things that can be done with 3D printing can give businesses competative advantages in their current situations. Education is always part of our sales process and we are fortunate that we are in the middle of those early conversations and can help shape some of their future strategies.

Education and implementation of 3D printing in the healthcare space is still in its infancy. A few months ago, we were involved with the 3D printing of an infant’s heart to be used in the pre-planning of a complex heart surgery. The patient was named Ella. Shortly after Ella’s successful surgery, Ella and her family visited our facility to see how the personalized heart model was created. It was a surreal moment for me, to learn more about what these skillful surgeons had to do for this complex surgery and that we had a very small part in being able to help. It strengthened my conviction of what we are building here are WhiteClouds.
